Refund Policy

For Businesses

All paid membership subscriptions or payments for services, for example professional plan subscriptions, events etc. will be subject to no refund from the date of renewal or purchase.

Professional membership period starts at the date of purchase and full period charges will apply for whole contract at your chosen contract type for annual or monthly subscription.

User membership subscriptions will run for monthly from the date that a subscription is completed on the account settings page until cancelled, regardless if the fees have been paid upfront in full or they are paid via monthly Direct Debit.

Where fees for membership plan subscriptions have been fully paid upfront for annual subscription with discounted rates you will not be eligible for any refunds for the whole annual fee charged. Your user membership will remain current and you will have access to your member benefits for the full subscription unless your subscription is confirmed as being withdrawn or cancelled by Tonzo compliance department.

Additionally where membership subscriptions are paid via monthly Direct Debit, your membership, and access to your member benefits will be current until the date your paid subscription period ends, once a Direct Debit instruction has been cancelled by the business subscriber, the bank, or Tonzo.

This refund policy should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the product or service that you are purchasing.

Tonzo’s policies are subject to review and can be amended at any time. You must regularly review these documents.

Personal Users

You have a statutory right to cancel your purchase of the Offer within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the confirmation email (the “Purchased Offer Cancellation Period”). However, if you receive your purchased offer during the Purchased Offer Cancellation Period, you expressly accept the services to begin being provided to you or products being accepted and received by you, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the Offer.

Since Tonzo is not responsible for the supply or provision of the Supplier Offer, once your purchased offer is used or received by you Tonzo has completed its services to you in full. Please note that, for the avoidance of doubt, this section also applies to all offers purchased on Tonzo.

If you cancel your purchase of offer in accordance with section 5 of the Tonzo Offers Terms of Sale, Tonzo will refund you for all payments made as part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you informed Tonzo about your cancellation.

Tonzo only sells and supplies the offer and its purchase confirmation. However, if you and the Supplier cannot agree on how to resolve the complaint, Tonzo may, upon your request, try to help resolve the issue between you and the Supplier.

Any refund will be refunded to you via your original method of payment. If your original method of payment has been cancelled, expired or has otherwise changed, you must inform the customer support team immediately at https://uk.tonzo.com/contact. If you fail to do this and you are refunded to your original method of payment, you may need to coordinate with your bank or your payment services provider to obtain your refund. Tonzo will not provide more than one refund.
