Refund Policy


For Tonzo offer goods, unless special conditions say otherwise, customers can return almost any item purchased through Tonzo within 14 days of receipt.

This includes items that arrive damaged, defective, or have missing parts.

After 14 days past delivery, items should be returned to the seller in 30 days of item delivery date.

After the period of returning items end all sales are non-refundable and are final.

Returns must be shipped with a Tonzo-provided return label in order for the return and refund to be processed.


  • You can return most products for a refund to receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Tonzo unfortunately cannot accommodate exchanges or replacements, if your product was sold via a Tonzo Merchant Partner you can contact them directly.
  • Refunds will be processed 6-7 business days after your return is received.

Special Conditions
Baby Products
All items sold under Baby category must be returned in original and new condition. If, upon inspection, the products found to be used, worn, or without tags, we will not be able to process your return.
Mattresses and Bedding
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any opened mattresses or bedding. Bedding items include duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, etc.
Jewellery
We cannot accept returns on any pierced body jewellery items, such as earrings, for hygiene reasons.
Food, Beverages, and Flowers
We do not accept returns on perishable items such as food, beverages, and flowers.
Clothes, Shoes, and Watches
Clothes must be returned unused and in a resalable condition with all tags. If, upon inspection, clothes appear to be worn or without tags, we will not be able to accept the return. We cannot accept returns on certain types of clothing such as underwear, swimwear, and control wear for hygiene reasons.
Health and Beauty
We cannot accept returns on items where packaging seals have been broken due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Furniture
We are unable to accept returns on any self-assembly products that have been partially or fully assembled. We try to provide accurate measurements on our offer page with products descriptions and we are unable to accept returns where furniture will not fit through the doors at the delivery address. Products must be undamaged and unused.
Books
Books can be returned in new condition.
CDs and DVDs
We cannot accept returns on CDs, DVDs, or Software programmes if the plastic wrapping and/or security seal has been broken or of any digital downloads.
Electronics
In order to protect your privacy and other interests in data, please delete all data on returned electronics and reset the products to factory settings. We are not responsible for any data contained on returned items.
