We had a lantern and a set of sliding doors installed at our property in Henley in April this year.

Upon completion of the work, we realized the installers had damaged our floor during installation. We raised this with WindowWorx who sent their General Manager to take a look. He verbally accepted liability and followed this up with an email, again, accepting liability. WindowWorx went ahead and got a quote for the repair work which was £2,500.

Following this, the owner of the business asked to come and have a look himself, so we welcomed him in. He immediately started talking about getting the insurance companies involved to figure out whose liability it was, which was odd, as we'd already established this.

Needless to say, their insurance company sided with their client. They fabricated a story about us damaging the floor ourselves, with no evidence whatsoever.

These people are not kind, they're not honest - they are deceitful and they lie. I would avoid them at all costs.
