Phoenix Grave Care

After losing my Mum this year, it was her wish to have her ashes interned with her parents, my grandparents. I also had my Dad's ashes interned as well. The grave is an old grave which had stood the test of time against weather elements as well as weeds and damage to the stonework. After finding Ben and discussing the cleaning services needed for sympathetic restoration of this precious grave, I was moved to tears after seeing what an amazing job Ben had done. Such care and attention to detail was given and an absolutely outstanding result. The whole time Ben kept me up to date and explained the process as well as sending me photos during and after the work. I have since been to visit the grave and was so touched and proud of what had been so carefully done for my parents and grandparents. Ben understood, and I believe treated this work as if he were doing it for one of his own family - I am so thankful and still amazed but such a lovely outcome to a very sensitive and precious site. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Ben. I cannot say that highly enough - and will be maintaining the grave with Ben's expertise as well. Thank you so much Ben, you knew how much this meant, and went above and beyond restoring my family's grave with such care and sensitivity.
