Nicole Booth Personal Trainer

In four weeks Nicole has already changed my life and way of thinking. Extremely overweight and totally unfit I require knee surgery. From my first session with Nicole my enthusiasm and confidence has soared and I have very quickly gained complete trust in Nicole knowing that all my sessions are personalised towards my own personal goals. Nicole is extremely professional but more importantly to me very understanding and knowledgeable of my restrictions. She manages to motivate and encourage me in a very unique way and keeps all our sessions interesting and varied. Nicole is clearly passionate about health and fitness and her vast experience is obvious. I believe Nicole gives 110 commitment to every session and always follows up with a text/message to check that I am okay the next day. I cannot thank Nicole enough for the massive impact she has had on my life in such a short space of time.
