I had an old lexus car, I received a quote of around thirteen hundred to fix the car, however they finally called me and said the bill is around two thousand pounds. They told me a few things had seen better days, so they just changed the parts without any authorisation. However after a few weeks the car would not start. I took the car back to them and they tried to charge me for a part that is not faulty. So they seem to under quote and overcharge their customers and carry out repairs without authorisation.
